Goodtimes Waterfront: Heated Pool Home for 16

We stayed here May 15–19 with our family of 5. I brought my mom, my wife, and the kids down after Mother’s Day for some fun in the sun and much-needed relaxation. After losing our home in a house fire and already living displaced in an Airbnb, this trip meant a lot to us. We really just wanted peace, comfort, and time together — and overall, we definitely got that. One of the best parts of the stay was the wildlife. In the mornings we saw dolphins swimming by, and at night we could hear and spot manatees in the water. Being able to sit outside by the water, fish with the rods provided, and watch nature with the family was honestly healing for us. We even caught a few fish during our stay, which made the kids happy. The home itself is beautiful, spacious, and comfortable for a family. The only thing future guests should seriously consider is the active construction happening directly across the waterway.

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay or about Johan and Mia! We came for a special girls’ trip, and from before we even arrived, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They reached out asking what coffee and water we preferred so they could have it waiting, accommodated an early check-in, and were incredibly kind and responsive throughout our stay. The house was absolutely beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and even better than we expected. We loved it so much we actually asked to extend our stay another night! When I couldn’t figure out the outdoor lights, Johan even stopped by to help. Their hospitality was truly unmatched. This was easily one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests. If we’re ever back in the area, we wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else. Beautiful home, exceptional hosts, 10/10!

The house has everything you’d need, is very nice and clean. The host is extremely responsive, kind and helpful. We docked our pontoon boat here which was a huge reason we chose the house and all went very smooth and easy. It was also an easy drive to the beach and they have lots of beach chairs and floats. Although we left the house clean, we appreciated that there wasn’t a long list of things they expected before check out. No trash to curb, laundry, etc For those traveling around May 2026, the house directly across the canal is under full construction and loud. Obviously nothing the host can do about it but dust and noise during the day. We would absolutely come back and really appreciate all the effort from the host! Great experience

My guests and family consisted of elderly relatives in their 80s and kids, youngest being 6. Everyone was extremely impressed with the high quality of the interior and the outdoor waterfront area. The place matched our expectations that we had from the photos and description. There were so many thoughtful touches throughout the house which was also well stocked with pots/pans/plates/utensils for the 10 of us. Large dining table inside and also outdoors to seat all of us. The backyard with the heated pool and quality patio furniture made it so nice to hang out outside facing the water. The kids were able to fish from the dock in the yard. We all enjoyed the place so much and was sorry to leave. We will definitely return.

Me and my family of nine had a great time at the property. We enjoyed a lot of the amenities that were offered and made the best of the time that we spent in the house. Unfortunately, the house is in great need of maintenance. Too many things to post… but a couple highlights… water pressure issues, refrig. didn’t produce ice/water, fishing rods broken, significant trash left from the last guest w/ maggots. Cost should definitely be adjusted based on the number of issues. Not all bad though… host was responsive and outlined a plan for improvements. Pool, grill, beach chairs, kitchen, poker table, TVs +bonus.

Definitely a lot of amenities inside and house was clean. I wish the water view was more appealing. Directly across the water was what looked to be an abandoned home with overgrown grass, and random items in the yard, etc. We definitely enjoyed the stay but will be sure to be on the west side of the causeway next visit. I also wish there were more cooking pots and pans. We cooked a lot and there wasn’t even a frying pan or pasta pot, utensils and such were plenty. Master bedroom stayed much warmer than other rooms and is right off the living room so if the kids stayed up playing pool it was pretty disruptive.

We recently stayed at this Airbnb and it was the perfect spot for gathering our family and friends! The location was ideal, nestled in a peaceful area with breathtaking views that we all enjoyed. The house itself was spacious, allowing everyone to feel comfortable without being crowded. We were all impressed by how clean and well-maintained the property was upon our arrival. Additionally, there was no shortage of activities to keep us entertained throughout our stay. This place truly made our gathering special, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to create memorable moments with their loved ones!

Our family was extremely satisfied and absolutely enjoyed this property. We had so much fun and it provided us a great space for our family get together. From the moment you get in, it gives you that wow factor already as you open that front door. The place was squeaky clean and well decorated. Our family congregated mostly in the kitchen as we all love to eat and it was just fabulous. Johan was quite accommodating to our needs and for that, we truly appreciate him. If you are in Largo, this is the place to be… truth be told, we all didn’t even want to leave.

We had a good time with family here- it’s definitely set up for socializing and relaxing at the house. We did have a few maintenance issues that we wish were addressed prior to our arrival ( cloudy pool, practically empty propane tanks, broken bed frame) but I was very impressed with how attentive johan was at getting it taken care of. He was great at communicating and getting the issues addressed quickly. The location is beautiful, very peaceful and quiet, but you will definitely need a car to get around. Overall we were happy with our stay

This place is wonderful! They made sure you have everything you needed. I stayed with my family and a couple of friends and from the pool , pool table to the game room kids and also adult were entertained all day. This place is great for large family or a group of friends. Johan was an awesome host, she communicated from the beginning of booking until the end of our stay making sure we had everything we needed. The place is well located, you have pharmacy and Publix supermarket just 5 mins. We definitely recommend staying here !

Open the doors and it says it all! Gorgeous open floor plan for memories to be made, just what I was looking for on our family vacation. Nice big driveway that accommodated our trailer and 2 trucks with room for 5 Harleys! Experiencing Florida on motorcycles was the way to do it. The pool table kept the family near by while dinner was being prepared in an extremely stocked beautiful kitchen(which I loved!) Plenty of sleeping space which made the feel of us having our own area if needed. Would definitely recommend!

Can’t say enough positives about both the house and the host. This house is everything you need to get away and relax and the hosts make sure of it. We traveled with family, adults and kids and the house has something for everyone. Extremely close to everything just a short drive away but the house is so inviting you may not want to leave! We were lucky enough to see a few dolphins in the canal our last night there. Just a perfect cap for a perfect trip.

This place is amazing! Our family of 16 people fit comfortably and enjoy d every second! The host was easily accessible and supportive with any question we had and made us feel like everything was taken care of which is exactly what you hope for on vacation!! They thought of everything for every age and all of our guests 11 -50 were easily entertained. I truly cannot say enough good things. Anyone that stays here will be impressed and have an amazing time!

Hosts were great and respond in timely manner . House is gorgeous with lots of columns inside and throughput. Pretty cool area . There are GROCERY STORES to left or right . In either directions. Lots of restaurants and public golf courses. Minutes from public access beaches . They are very beautiful and the water is amazing Back to the stay at the house. Johan’s home was just as the listing. The space was large enough to host 13 adults and a 6 month old to celebrate my Mother’s 50th birthday with our entire family. Little did I know, my boyfriend planned an engagement the day before her celebration right at sunset. The photos are accurate. The home, furniture and linens were all very clean. The pool was clean and we loved the pool bar! I would stay here again and you will not regret your booking!

We enjoyed our stay. The host was easy to communicate with and extremely responsive. The home is very nice - ranch style layout with 5 bedrooms with a nice central living area, open kitchen, pool table and sectional sofa. Nice high-end furnishings and appliances. We paid the extra to have the pool heated and it was worth it. Outdoor space is peaceful and roomy with great seating for dining and relaxing. Our family of 6 had plenty of space.

The residence was in pristine condition. All amenities one could desire were provided, including toddler-friendly plates and cups. Although we encountered some minor issues upon arrival, they were promptly addressed by the staff. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, I could have easily slept the entire week. My only suggestion would be to enhance safety measures for young children, as I felt uneasy about the pool and boat dock lacking gates.

We had a great time here. The house was in an excellent, peaceful location right on the water, and we found it to be a perfect home base for exploring the beach and Tampa area. One of the best parts was how responsive and helpful the hosts were. We had a minor issue with one of the AC units, and they had someone there to fix it almost immediately. Their quick action made our stay completely stress-free. Thanks again for a wonderful trip!

Our family really enjoyed this home and the experience. The home was beautiful and very clean. Checking in and out was very easy. We all enjoyed the large beautiful kitchen as well as the heated pool and outside living space. The children’s bedroom was away from the living area allowing the adults to stay up and enjoy a game of pool and our time together. Hosts were great and very responsive. Wonderful experience.

The house was pretty amazing. From the great location to the available amenities, it suited our needs for the couple days we stayed. Johan and David were very responsive to any questions we had and were helpful with their answers. The included fishing poles were nice to use, but were inexpensive; so if you don’t like using something along those lines, bring your own! Having said that, they still caught fish :)

Great experience all around. The house is very clean and accommodated our group of 12 guys for a bachelor party very well. Johan was a very responsive host and was even kind enough to take a grocery order and stock the house ahead of time. He also provided flexibility around our check out time. The pool was a great hang out area as well. Only good things to say about our experience.

The place was amazing- very big and open. It was very spacious and the backyard was great. We saw dolphins in the morning and lots of fish for fishing. Lots of space for hanging out and enjoying time with the family. There is a pool, bar, and place for sitting outside. The host was very responsive and nice! He was very helpful. Beautiful place and will definitely be back!!

This is a beautiful place to stay for young and old alike. The floor plan is open and airy with large windows overlooking the pool, patio, and inlet. It felt like a vacation for elderly relatives who were unable to make it to hit the beach or get out much. The bedrooms, bath, and kitchen are well appointed. Highly recommend!

Johan's home is so incredible, beautiful, clean, and welcoming! Oasis truly describes this gorgeous hideaway on the channel, including magical visitors like dolphins right off the backyard! Also - Johan himself was so kind, gracious, offering lots of communicative advice. We were so grateful to be hosted by him!

We had a wonderful time! House is perfect for hosting a large group. It had tons of games to keep everyone entertained. Kitchen is large and was well stocked with seasonings and everything to cook a great meal. It has plenty of seating inside and outside. We all enjoyed the warm pool. Highly recommend!

Love the house and the location. Perfect setup of multiple bedrooms and a kids “wing” with TV’s in every single room. We had a great time playing board games, watching movies, eating popcorn, relaxing by the pool, and even caught a few catfish in the canal out back. Great place and great host!

Oh, man. This was a hard one to say goodbye to - we loved every moment of our stay! Beautiful surroundings, convenient location, tons of space, so many activities: the pool, billiards, board games, popcorn machine, fishing! Johan was instantly responsive whenever we needed anything. Highly recommend.

The accommodations were great, the place was clean and more importantly spacious. The amenities were beyond standard. Johan and David were timely and very responsive to our questions and needs. I would recommend this property if you want a nice and smooth place to chill.

Johan was an amazing host. He even gave me a great recommendation for a baker for my son’s 1st birthday cake! We had such a great time with all of our family and friends together poolside and by the fire pit. A birthday to remember for sure!

We had a great time! Beautiful house equipped with everything you need, lots of games and activities for the kids (the kids room with video games was a favorite), heated pool was wonderful and host very friendly and responsive. Thank you!

Our group stayed here for a 30th birthday with some friends and we had a great time. The pool was great and we loved how big the outside area was with our plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Would highly recommend!

We have family trip from different places to meet there, all of us love this place, kids love the game. Adults enjoy our time. Specially the pool, it’s clean and about right size for us. Satisfied to living this house.

We had a small family get together for our dad’s 90th birthday. The house was just the right size for us and everyone had a great time. Our kiddos enjoyed the heated pool especially on those rainy cloudy days!

This home is absolutely stunning and tastefully decorated! It was spotlessly clean, and the view provided such a relaxing atmosphere. Johan was a fantastic host and replied to every message incredibly fast.

The house was great! It totally lived up to our expectations. It had plenty of space and lots to do (pool, pool table, poker table, giant TV, popcorn machine). It absolutely lived up to our expectation.

The house is beautiful and close to the beach the kitchen was stocked and the view on the inlet is beautiful. Forgot about the pool table as it was so hot our family really enjoyed being inside also.
