Aval Experience (“we,” “us” or “our”) manages private vacation homes in Pinellas County, Florida. If you book one of our homes through a partner site such as Airbnb, Vrbo or Booking.com, that site collects your information under its own privacy policy and shares the booking details and contact information with us.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent it to anyone.
When you give us your mobile number, you agree that we may call or text you about your booking, such as confirmations, arrival and check-in details, and questions about your stay. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. If you would rather not get texts, tell us at +1 727-295-2319 and we will use email or calls for your booking instead.
We share information only with the companies that help us run bookings and the website, and only what they need:

We keep booking and payment records for as long as Florida and federal tax and accounting rules require. We keep messages and other information only as long as we need them for the purposes above, then delete or de-identify them.
The site uses encryption (HTTPS) and we limit who can access guest information. Card numbers are handled by Stripe and are not stored by us. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss and misuse.
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, subject to records we must keep by law or for an active booking. If you live in a state with a privacy law, such as California, you may have additional rights, including to know what we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on a request, and you may use an authorized agent.
Our website and booking services are not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. The person who books must be at least 21.
Our pages link to outside websites, such as city, county and park pages. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. We will post the new version here and change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will make that clear on this page.
