Most of our homes have a three-night minimum, and it can vary by home and season. The exact minimum for your dates is shown at checkout before you pay anything.

Six of our seven homes list pool heating for cooler months; heating is usually an add-on, so check the listing or ask us before you book. If a warm pool matters for a winter trip, message us and we will confirm for your dates.

Pet policies are set per home. Six of the seven currently list pets as allowed; Casa Blue Horizon does not. Tell us at booking so we can confirm the pet fee and rules for that home.

Full refund if you cancel 30 or more days before check-in. 50% refund if you cancel between 30 and 7 days before check-in. Stays are non-refundable inside 7 days. Your booking summary shows the exact dates for your reservation.

Every home has on-site parking. The number of spaces and whether a boat trailer fits varies by home, so check the listing or ask us if parking is a priority for your group.

Any cleaning fee and taxes are included in the total you see at checkout, before you book. Nothing is added afterward.
