On the Creek: Waterfront Heated Pool Home in Largo, FL

Our family really enjoyed this house. First, the pros…Beautiful waterfront. Fish were jumping all the time. My son caught crabs and fish mostly with a throwing net. (Bring your own fishing equipment) We saw manatees several days. One day several were in the shade right by the shore. Very cool! The pool was great. Wish there was more shade. Only one umbrella was working during our stay and it didn’t cover much. The outside is set up well for large families or groups. Inside there was more than enough room for our family of five. Beds were all comfy. House was clean. Kitchen stocked with utensils and cook wear. They set you up with some items like paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, and even small bottles of shamp/cond, body wash, tooth brush, makeup wipes,etc. Very thoughtful! Lots of stuff to do inside for kids or adults. My family LOVED the game room. Con- Dogs next door could get in the backyard. Owners of this house alerted. Had fun and great location.

We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend this home! It was the perfect home for our family. The house is beautiful, incredibly clean, fully stocked with everything we needed, and the peaceful waterfront setting with amazing views made it such a relaxing place to unwind. The game room was a huge hit with our family, especially on the days when the weather wasn't cooperating. We also had so much fun fishing from the property, watching fish jump, spotting dolphins and otters. The location couldn't have been better. It was close to everything we wanted to do and just minutes from the beach, making it the perfect home base for our vacation. Check-in and check-out were both effortless. What truly made this stay exceptional, though, were Johan and Mia. They were incredibly responsive, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Having amazing hosts is just as important as having an amazing property, and they exceeding our expectations! Thank you!

We had a spectacular time and were in awe by the beauty of the location and all the amenities. There is literally something for everyone to do and to enjoy, no matter what your mood may be. The home was spotless and beautifully decorated. The furniture was super comfy and the linens were very nice quality. Our hosts were very gracious and extremely attentive when needed. We found our little piece of heaven, although not so little. This home is a very nice size and has an excellent lay out and floor plan. Our overall impression and experience was quite impressive!! We have already decided we’re coming back and going to bring the whole family next time, there’s more than enough room for all 10 of us, it’s that roomy with something for everyone. You will not be disappointed if you’re lucky enough to stay here. I must say again how thoughtful and responsive our hosts were, we could not have had a nicer getaway than our time at “On The Creek.”

I was tempted to say in the description that we felt “at home,” but that wouldn’t be entirely accurate — because we truly felt like we were on vacation, far away from all the daily pressures. The house is not excessively large, but the spaces are designed in a very smart and thoughtful way. We were six people plus our pet, and there was still plenty of room — comfortably enough space for about four more people (at least). The enclosed backyard gave us great peace of mind and allowed us to fully enjoy our time with our dog.nThe property has absolutely everything you could need to spend several days there without even needing to leave. I have nothing but words of gratitude and recommendation. Johan was extremely attentive, and it’s a big plus that he speaks two languages. Highly recommended for anyone looking to spend a few peaceful and enjoyable days. We will definitely be coming back.

We had an amazing stay at Johan’s home in Largo! Our group of 8 adults and 2 toddlers stayed for 4 nights and 5 days, and the house was perfect for everyone. The home was spotless, spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful waterfront view. They truly thought of everything — pool floats, toys for the kids, a wagon, beach towels, cornhole, a PS5, hairdryers, multiple coffee machines, a blender, and a fully stocked kitchen with all the cookware and drinkware you could need. The heated pool was one of our favorite parts, especially on cooler nights when the warm water made it even more relaxing. The location was excellent with everything nearby, including restaurants, stores, and Dutch Bros. Johan was a wonderful host, and you can tell they put so much care into making guests feel at home. We made incredible memories here and would absolutely love to stay again!

This is hands down the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. It truly felt like a home away from home, so much so that I didn't want to leave! The yard is massive (exactly like the photos), and the bay setting behind the house is the perfect, private touch for a relaxing getaway. What really sets this place apart is the attention to detail. The host has thought of everything. From a basket of pool towels and travel essentials like toothpaste to high-quality cookware and every kitchen accessory you could possibly need, it felt more like a luxury hotel than a rental. The beds were incredibly comfy, the hangout areas were plentiful, and the outdoor pool space is stunning. Honestly, this host should hold classes to teach others how to run an Airbnb! Total 10/10 experience—I can’t recommend it enough and can't wait to return.

Nice place overall, very clean and lots to do at the house itself. A few things that are worth mentioning is this house is ran by an outside company that wants you to re-verify your identity with your drivers license. I wasn’t familiar with the company, so it made me personally feel a little uneasy. I’ve never been asked to do that before in all my years with Airbnb. In their defense, it vaguely mentions it in the house rules. I would also say bring your own blankets. They do not supply any extras in the closets, only sheets to sleep with. Pool was extremely warm like bathtub warm. There is also someone that comes on the property while you are there to take the trash out to the curb which again I had never seen before. Kitchen was well stocked and we did enjoy ourselves at this house!

We were a family of 9 people. And we really enjoyed our stay. Initially I was really skeptical while booking since I always imagined vacation home in Florida on the sandy beach. But actually it turned out to be an amazing wonderful vacation which our family will remember forever. The place is peaceful and private on the serene creek. We would wake up at 6 am to just watch the sunrise and see dolphins and other wild life. House is super cute and has enough privacy for everyone. Large dining tables inside and outside, with convient grill and fire pit for family gatherings. A garage converted to a wonderful play room for kids to play and leave adults alone for a little. Place is comfortable proximity to beaches, beach shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Check out was very easy. Recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay at Johan’s On the Creek home in Largo! The house was exactly as described—beautiful, spacious, spotless, and in a perfect location close to the beaches, restaurants, and everything we needed. The heated pool, game room, and peaceful waterfront made it the perfect place to relax and spend quality time with family. Johan was an outstanding host. Communication was excellent from start to finish, check-in was easy, and he was always quick to respond if we had any questions. You can tell he truly cares about making sure his guests have a great experience. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the Largo/Clearwater area. We made some great memories and would definitely book with Johan again!

We stayed here for my mom’s Celebration of Life, and it was the perfect place for our small family gathering to spend meaningful time together. The home was very clean, beautifully decorated, and especially great for families with little ones. The pool was a big hit, and the game room was such a fun bonus. We loved how the garage had been creatively repurposed into a great entertainment space. The location was also very convenient, with plenty nearby and Clearwater Beach only about a 20-minute drive away. Great Puerto Rican restaurant that catered our event less than 10 minutes away. We’re so grateful we had such a comfortable and welcoming place to stay during an important weekend for our family. We would absolutely recommend it.

We had an amazing stay! The house was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. It was incredibly well stocked, which made our stay so easy and comfortable. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, but we also loved gathering around the large dining table for meals together. The game room was a huge hit, and the pool was perfect. We also loved being right on the creek. It was so nice to wake up and fish in the morning. The peaceful setting made it an even more relaxing getaway. The host was wonderful, friendly, responsive, and great to communicate with from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Amazing place! The backyard pool, lounge chairs, games and gorgeous view is one I will not forget. They spared no expense on this rental, they have adjustable king beds in 3 of the 4 bedrooms. I stayed up super late playing pool in the game room while my clothes were being washed. The outside of the house was beautiful! It is decorated so cute and practical. The minor issue we had was the door wouldn’t unlock but our host was there within 15-20 mins. We understand things happen so it wasn’t an issue or anything that could have been prevented. We will definitely be back or stay at any other location this host has. Best stay ever!!

Amazing place! It truly made us feel like we were staying at a resort. The location was perfect close to the beach, great restaurants, and plenty of activities and experiences nearby. If you're traveling with dogs, this is an excellent pet-friendly option. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Johan was a fantastic host very responsive, accommodating, and easy to communicate with throughout our trip. Overall, I would give this Airbnb a 10/10 and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. My family and I had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The house had plenty of space and seating for our group of 10, and it never felt crowded. We also brought our dog, and there was more than enough room for it to move around comfortably. The outdoor pool area was one of our favorite parts! It was beautiful and had lots of space to play games and hang out together. It really made the trip special! Finally, the host was incredibly kind and very responsive whenever we had questions. Overall, we couldn’t have imagined a better place to stay and would absolutely recommend it to others!

The place matches the picture, with a lot to do both inside and outside. The rooms are good size, with good amount of room to spread for 7 of us. Due a minor flight change, Johan is very responsive and worked hard to work with our schedule change for checking in and out, which we really appreciated. Our family had a great time in Tampa, and the heated pool is a big plus for every one. Will love to come back again, if we ever planned for another trip in Tampa.

We had an amazing time here traveling as a family with our toddler, baby and grandparents. The home is equipped with toys, playpen and so much more to help pack lighter. There was enough room for everyone and plenty to do inside the home and on the property. The backyard and game room were a big hit!! We would definitely love to stay here again. Our host was very responsive and helped when we were in need of additional supplies. 10/10

We were amazed by the place; everything was wonderful, exactly like the pictures. The place was very clean and had everything we needed to have a great time. It's very suitable for large groups, even with children. We ran out of trash bags and paper towels, and they brought them to us immediately the same day. I recommend everyone to book this place without hesitation; you won't regret it!

Perfect place to kick back and relax. Fish were jumping every time we went out. Back yard so peaceful and refreshing, shaded area to drop your line in from, play corn hole, lay in the sun by the pool or swim. Inside enough games to keep everyone entertained and happy. Johan’s home is beautiful and he is the consummate host. Very responsive, friendly and accommodating. We couldn’t have hoped for anything more than was delivered. We enjoyed a wonderful stay over our Spring Training trip, and especially loved the pool and lovely back yard area. We hope to return again next year!

We had a great time and really appreciated the detail to decor, the little touches like remote controls being easy to find, the phone chargers by the beds, the comfortable bedding, the essentials in the bathrooms, and the seating outside. They were all appreciated.

We enjoyed a week stay on the Creek. Nine of us had plenty of room to spread out, with the favorite areas being the game room, the pool and the water for fishing. Communication was quick and helpful. Highly recommend this home and host for an enjoyable vacation!

Beautiful backyard, we loved hanging out there, tons of games and things to do at the house. Very relaxing atmosphere right on the creek, felt very private and peaceful! Appreciated the easy communication with the host as needed throughout the stay.
