Bedrooms:
- The Primary Suite is upstairs and features a King bed, private ensuite bathroom, TV, beautiful water views, and direct access to the upstairs waterfront porch.
- The Second Primary Suite is downstairs with a King bed, private ensuite bathroom, TV, and views overlooking the water.
- The third bedroom is downstairs and features two Twin beds and a TV.
8The fourth bedroom is upstairs and features a Queen bunk bed with a pull-out trundle, water views, and access to a Jack-and-Jill bathroom shared with the neighboring bedroom.

Kitchen & Dining:
The heart of Casa Blue Horizon is its bright, open-concept kitchen and living space. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals at home, along with new appliances, generous counter space, and island seating.
A beautiful breakfast nook overlooks the water, creating one of our favorite places in the house for morning coffee and breakfast together.
For larger meals, the dining area seats up to 10 guests, while a pool table positioned between the dining and living areas adds another place for everyone to gather and have fun.
Living Room:
Settle into the large L-shaped sectional and enjoy waterfront views from the main living area. A 75-inch TV makes it perfect for movie nights, while the popcorn machine adds a little extra fun for evenings at home.
The open layout connects the living room, kitchen, dining spaces, and waterfront views so the group can spend time together without feeling crowded.
Game Room:
Taking a break from the beach? Casa Blue Horizon has its own dedicated game room packed with entertainment.
Enjoy a PS5, a 75-inch TV, air hockey, arcade basketball, two arcade machines, board games, and comfortable seating for hanging out between games.
Upstairs Living:
Upstairs you'll also find a convenient kitchenette with a sink and mini refrigerator, along with a washer and dryer and an additional half bathroom.
But the highlight is the waterfront porch.
Step outside and relax with beautiful views across the water. Comfortable furniture, egg chairs, and a TV create another gathering space where you can enjoy your morning coffee, catch a game, or simply sit back and watch the water.

Swim in the heated saltwater pool overlooking the water or relax in the spa after a day at the beach. In-water loungers let you cool off without ever leaving the pool, while additional poolside loungers are available when it's time to soak up the Florida sunshine.
The fully equipped outdoor kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals outside, while the shaded seating area beneath the upstairs porch provides a comfortable escape from the sun.
Gather all guests around the outdoor dining area under the string lights for dinner, then move over to the fire pit and comfortable outdoor sofas as the evening settles in.
Closer to the water, the dock offers another seating area and fire pit where you can unwind while taking in the waterfront surroundings.
Kayaks & Waterfront Fun:
One of the best parts of staying at Casa Blue Horizon is being able to experience Indian Rocks Beach from both land and water.
Kayaks are provided for guests who would like to explore the surrounding waterways, and life jackets are available for use.
After your time on the water, come back to your own pool and spa or make the short trip over to the Gulf for sunset.
Beach Ready:
With Indian Rocks Beach only four blocks away, beach days can easily become part of your everyday routine.
We provide beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, and beach wagon so getting everyone to the sand is simple.

We’re honored to welcome you to Casa Blue Horizon! During your stay, you’ll have full access to the entire home, including the private saltwater pool, patio, and backyard.
For a smooth arrival, we provide a self check-in code, sent to you two days before your stay. From the moment you walk in, our goal is to make your experience easy, comfortable, and stress-free. If any questions come up, we’re only a message away.
Getting around
Casa Blue Horizon makes it easy to enjoy Indian Rocks Beach and the surrounding Gulf Coast. The beach is just four blocks away, making it easy to walk over for a day on the sand or an evening sunset.
A car is convenient for exploring nearby beach towns, restaurants, shopping, and attractions throughout Clearwater, St. Pete, and Tampa. Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are also readily available in the area.
For a more local beach-town experience, guests can explore Indian Rocks Beach by walking, biking, or using a golf cart where permitted. Whether you're heading to the beach, grabbing dinner nearby, or setting out for a day along the coast, Casa Blue Horizon puts you close to it all.

Casa Blue Horizon is tucked into the laid-back beach community of Indian Rocks Beach, where days move a little slower and the Gulf is never far away. With the beach just four blocks from the house, you can head out for a morning by the water, come home for an afternoon by the pool, and make your way back to the shore for one of Florida’s beautiful Gulf Coast sunsets.
The neighborhood offers the relaxed, residential feel that makes Indian Rocks Beach so special while keeping you close to local restaurants, waterfront dining, coffee shops, parks, and everything you need during your stay. Spend the day exploring the coast, take the kayaks out on the water, or simply stay home and enjoy the waterfront setting.
It’s an ideal location for guests who want to experience the charm of a true Florida beach town without giving up the space, privacy, and amenities of a private waterfront home.
Other things to note
Heated Pool:
Enjoy a relaxing swim year-round, pool heat is included in your stay at no extra charge! The system is programmed to maintain around 85°F, from October through April. Though the final water temperature depends on outdoor weather and air temperature. Heat pumps can typically warm the pool up to 10–20°F above the current air temperature, so on cooler days, it may not reach the full set temperature. No refunds will be provided due to weather conditions or heater performance.
Please note that pool maintenance is handled by external contractors and takes place every Tuesday and Friday. You may see maintenance personnel during your stay, but the exact timing may vary. Thank you for your understanding!
There's no need to take the garbage bins to the curb. We offer valet trash service, and our team will ensure the bins are taken out every Monday and Thursday night.
The lawn is serviced every Friday, including both the front and backyard. Arrival time may vary, and service is typically completed quickly without disruption. Please allow access to the backyard as part of the regular upkeep of the property.

Guests can now request early check-in or late check-out directly through our guest portal. Both options are subject to availability and will be confirmed the day before your arrival or departure.
The house is conveniently located close to many major attractions and airports.
Golf Cart, E-Bikes & Water Equipment
For guests who would like to use the golf cart, e-bikes, kayaks, or paddle board during their stay, a few additional safety requirements apply.
The 6-seat golf cart may only be operated by guests 25 years of age or older. Each driver must provide a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance and complete the required use agreement before operating the cart.
The golf cart is equipped with front- and rear-facing dash cameras that record the roadway only. These cameras are installed for safety and security and do not face or record passengers inside the golf cart.
Guests using the e-bikes must be at least 16 years old.
For the kayaks and paddle board, life jackets must be worn at all times while on the water. Life jackets and safety whistles are provided with the equipment.
A $500 refundable security deposit is required for access to the recreational equipment. This deposit is paid only once by the primary guest and covers the golf cart, e-bikes, kayaks, and paddle board during the reservation.
The golf cart and e-bike keys will not be released until the required agreement, identification, driver documentation, insurance information, and security deposit have been completed.
These requirements apply only to guests who choose to use the golf cart, e-bikes, kayaks, or paddle board and are in place to help keep everyone safe while enjoying the amenities.
