Aval Experience does not store full credit card information. Payment terms, including deposits or full payment requirements, vary by property and are disclosed at booking.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies vary by property and are clearly outlined during the booking process. By confirming a reservation, you agree to the cancellation policy associated with your booking.
Refunds, if applicable, are processed according to the policy in effect at the time of booking and through the original payment method.
Check-In, Check-Out & Stay Rules

Guests are responsible for:
